MentiqBrain

Financial Data Integration and Synchronization

Built from Real Financial Chaos

Back in early 2022, we were consultants watching businesses struggle with scattered financial data. Spreadsheets here, banking apps there, accounting software somewhere else entirely.

One client had seven different systems that couldn't talk to each other. Their finance team spent three days every month just copying numbers around. That's when we realized the problem wasn't lack of tools—it was lack of connection.

So we built MentiqBrain to actually solve that mess. Not with more software, but with bridges between what you already use.

Financial data integration workspace showing connected systems

From Frustration to Function

We started small. Three of us in a shared office space in Anyang, testing integration patterns with local businesses who were tired of manual data entry. The first version barely worked—but it worked enough to prove the concept.

2022

First Working Prototype

Connected three major Korean banking APIs to one accounting platform. Our pilot client saved 18 hours per month immediately. That's when we knew we had something.

2023

Real Business Testing

Expanded to 12 companies across Gyeonggi-do. Learned that every business has unique workflows—so we rebuilt our system to be flexible instead of prescriptive. Added custom field mapping and conditional triggers.

2024

Platform Maturity

Hit 50 active integrations and realized our biggest challenge was explaining what we do. We're not accounting software. We're not a banking app. We're the connective tissue that makes your existing tools work together.

2025

Current Focus

Now serving businesses across South Korea with real-time financial data synchronization. Our average client connects 4-6 different financial systems and eliminates roughly 20 hours of manual work per month.

What Actually Drives Us

These aren't mission statements we workshopped in a retreat. They're principles that emerged from building this thing in the real world, with real clients who needed actual solutions.

Integration Over Innovation

Businesses don't need another platform to learn. They need their existing tools to work together properly. We focus on making connections stronger, not adding features nobody asked for.

Transparency in Limitations

We're upfront about what we can't do. Some systems have closed APIs. Some data can't sync in real-time. When we hit a technical wall, we tell you immediately and propose alternatives.

Support That Actually Helps

When something breaks—and in the world of API integrations, things occasionally break—we respond fast. Our support team includes developers who can diagnose technical issues, not just forward tickets.

The People Behind the Platform

Small team. Big focus on making financial data synchronization less painful for businesses across South Korea.
